There are hourly spots directly next to the College (behind the dorms). You can pay for these spots using the ParkMobile app. However, these spots are limited to four hours at a time.
For overnight parking, offsite parking is also available at the Hancher commuter parking lot (Lot 55) at a cost of $4.50/day. https://transportation.uiowa.edu/parking/facilities/hancher-lot
A virtual parking permit is required. To obtain the permit, you will need the license plate number, state, and make/model of the vehicle. The license plate will act as the permit so the vehicle's license plate number must match the one recorded for the permit.
To get to and from the Hancher parking lot, it is about a 10-minute walk or you can take the Cambus. Find out live updates using the Transit app or view the routes and schedules at https://transportation.uiowa.edu/cambus.
